| 摘 要： | 目的 观察依达拉奉联合降纤酶治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及安全性.方法 78例患者随机分为2组,分别采用单用降纤酶及依达拉奉联合降纤酶治疗.以临床疗效、治疗前后神经功能缺损程度评分(NDS)、血浆纤维蛋白原(Fg)含量变化标准观察疗效.结果 治疗后,治疗组有效率(78.9%)、NDS减分幅度与对照组比较均有显著性差异,两组Fg水平亦较治疗前明显降低(P均＜0.01),且未见明显不良反应.结论 依达拉奉联合降纤酶治疗急性脑梗死安全、有效,能显著改善患者的预后.
