煎煮条件对桃仁中苦杏仁苷含量的影响

摘    要:目的探讨桃仁的最佳煎煮条件。方法采用HPLC法,以苦杏仁苷含量为考察指标,对桃仁药材的煎煮时间进行优选。结果煎煮时间的长短对苦杏仁苷的含量有很大影响,是否去除种皮对苦杏仁苷的提取率影响不大。结论桃仁的煎煮时间应控制在1h以内,最好在15-30min。实验同时提示桃仁在与其他药材共煎时宜后下。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the optimal condition of decocting condition of Semen Persicae.Method The optimal extracting conditions of Semen Persicae were evaluated by HPLC with amygdalin.Results Difference of the decoction time makes great influence on the content of amygdalin,regardless of whether seminal testa was removed.Conclusion The time of decoction should be limited in 1h,and time within 15 to 30 min would be better.The result also suggested that Semen Persicae should be added later when co-decocted w...
