地佐辛对预防全麻插管苏醒期躁动的疗效观察

目的：探讨地佐辛对全麻插管术后苏醒期躁动的疗效。方法：择期行插管全麻手术者180例随机均分成NS组,芬太尼组和地佐辛组（分别在手术结束前15 min静注NS 2 mL、芬太尼1μg/kg及地佐辛0.1 mg/kg）。比较3组在苏醒期的躁动及疼痛评分;记录自主呼吸恢复及拔管时间、拔管后5 min呼吸频率（RR）及不良反应。结果：芬太尼和地佐辛组躁动发生率和疼痛评分明显低于NS组（P〈0.05）;芬太尼组自主呼吸恢复及拔管时间较NS组延长（P〈0.05）,拔管后5 min RR芬太尼组较NS组减少（P〈0.05）;地佐辛组不良反应发生率小于NS和芬太尼组。结论：地佐辛能安全有效地预防全麻苏醒期躁动发生率,全麻术后的苏醒质量较高。

Effect Observation of Dezocine on Prevention of Emergence Agitation

Objective： To investigate the effect of dezocine on prevention of emergence agitation.Methods： One hundred and eighty patients undergoing elective surgeries under general anethesia were ramdonly devided into NS,fentanyl and dezocine groups（each was given respectively normal saline 2 mL,fentanyl 1 μg/kg and dezocine 0.1 mg/kg i.v 15 minutes before operations ended）.The level of restlessness and pain scores during analqesia period were recorded.Spontaneous breath recovery time,extubation time,respiratory rate at 5 minutes after extubation,and side-effects were recorded as well.Results： The level of restlessness and pain scores were significantly lower in fentanyl and dezocine groups than that in NS group（P0.05）.The spontaneous breath recovery time and extubation time in fentanyl group were longer those that of NS group（P0.05）,the respiratory rate at 5 minutes after extubation in fentanyl group were less than that of NS group（P0.05）,the incidence of side-effects as less in dezocine group,compared to NS and fentanyl group（P0.05）.Conclusion： Dezocine can safely and effectively prevent the incidence of emergence agitation,so that to ensure the patients during analqesia period.
