| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨冠心病危险因素与冠状动脉侧枝循环形成的相关性。方法：收集冠心病患者（148例）的危险因素资料,并作冠状动脉病变Gensini积分和侧枝循环Rentrop分级,分析危险因素与冠状动脉侧枝循环形成的关系。结果：Gensini积分与侧枝循环的形成独立正相关;简单相关显示：Rentrop分级与高血压病史、收缩压、Gensini积分显著正相关;多元逐步回归显示：Rentrop分级与吸烟年数和高血压病史独立正相关。结论：冠状动脉病变程度是侧枝循环的独立影响因素,也是侧枝循环形成程度的相关因素,此外吸烟年数,高血压病促进了侧枝循环的形成。
