阿立哌唑治疗儿童孤独症疗效评价

目的探讨阿立哌唑治疗儿童孤独症的临床疗效和安全性。方法对32例儿童孤独症患者给予阿立哌唑治疗，观察8周。采用儿童孤独症治疗评估量表评定临床疗效，随时记录不良反应。结果治疗4周末，本组患者儿童孤独症治疗评估量表总分及语言、行为维度分均较治疗前显著下降（P〈0．05或0．01），感知、社交维度评分虽较治疗前有下降趋势，但差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。研究期间未见严重不良反应。结论阿立哌唑能有效改善儿童孤独症的语言和冲动行为，安全性高，依从性好。

Therapeutic evaluation of aripiprazole in the treatment of childhood autism

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of aripiprazole in the treatment of children autism. Methods Thirty-two children with autism were treated with aripiprazole for 8 weeks. Efficacies were as sessed with the Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist （ATEC） and adverse reactions recorded any time. Results At the end of the 4^th week, the total, language and behavior score of the ATEC lowered more sig nificantly compared with pretreatment （P〈0.05 or 0.01）, perception and social activities score had down trend, but differences were not significant （P〈0.05）. Grave adverse reactions didn＇t emerge during stud y. Conclusion Aripiprazole could effectively improve language and impulsive behavior and has higher safe ty and better compliance in the treatment of childhood autism.
