综合性心理干预对复退军人精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响

目的探讨综合性心理干预对复退军人精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响。方法将7l例复退军人精神分裂症患者随机分两组。两组均给予常规抗精神病药物治疗，研究组联合综合性心理干预。观察1a。于心理干预前及干预1a末采用社会功能缺陷筛选量表评定临床疗效。结果心理干预后研究组社会功能缺陷筛选量表总分及婚姻职能、父母职能、社会性退缩、家庭职能、个人生活自理、职业和工作因子分均较干预前显著降低（P〈0．01），且显著低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论综合性心理干预能显著改善复退军人精神分裂症患者的社会功能。

Influences of comprehensive psychological intervention on so-cial function of veteran patients with schizophrenia

Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive psychological intervention on social function of veteran patients with schizophrenia. Methods Seventy-one veterans with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups were treated with routine antipsychotics, research group was plus comprehensive psychological intervention for 1 year. Efficacies were assessed with the Social Disability Screening Schedule （SDSS） at baseline and the end of 1 year intervention. Results After intervention the total and such factor＇s score of the SDSS lowered more significantly in research group compared with pre-intervention （P〈0.01） and were significantly lower than control group （P〈0.01） as marital function, parental function, social withdrawal, familial function, personal care, occupation and work. Conclusion Comprehensive psychological intervention could notably improve social function of veteran with schizophrenia.
