大面积烧伤患者心理应激及心理干预效果评价

目的探讨大面积烧伤患者的心理应激状况及心理干预效果。方法采用症状自评量表对162例大面积烧伤患者的心理健康状况进行测评，并予以有针对性的心理干预，干预2周末再次测评。结果心理干预2周末大面积烧伤患者症状自评量表躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执因子分较干预前显著降低（P〈0．01）。结论大面积烧伤患者存在诸多心理问题，予以有针对性的心理干预能有效缓解或消除患者的负性情绪，促进患者身心康复。

Psychological stress of patients with large area burn and men-tal intervention

Objective To explore psychological stress of patients with large area burn （LAB） and mental intervention methods. Methods Assessments were conducted with the Symptom Checklist-90 （SCL-90） in 162 patients with large area burn, mental interventions given to them according to assessment results and individual condition, and assessments conducted again at the end of 2-week intervention. Results Such factors＇ scores lowered more significantly at the end of 2- week intervention compared with pre intervention as somatization, interpersonal relation, depression, anx- iety, phobia and paranoia （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Purposeful psychological intervention to LAB patients could effectively relieve or eliminate patients＇ negative emotions and promote patient＇s psychosomatic rehabilitation.
