脑少枝胶质肿瘤磁共振成像诊断研究进展

摘    要:脑少枝胶质肿瘤是成人中枢神经系统中发病率仅次于星形细胞瘤的胶质瘤,其具有较为特殊的分子生物学和影像学特征。近年开展的MRI波谱分析,灌注成像,扩散加权成像以及磁敏感加权成像等新技术能反映肿瘤的代谢,血流动力学,细胞构成等方面的信息,对肿瘤的诊断、术前分级以及术后的预后评估等方面较成规MRI更具有优势,此外,少枝胶质肿瘤的MRI特征与其分子生物特征相关,在一定程度上反映肿瘤的基因类型,本文对MR成像技术在脑少枝胶质肿瘤中的应用现状做一综述,以期能提高对少枝胶质肿瘤的术前诊断分级的水平。

Abstract:Brain oligodendroglia tumor is the second most common glioma in central nervous system which has distinct molecular biologic and radiologic characteristic.MR spectroscopy,perfusion-weighted imaging,diffusion weighted imaging and susceptibility-weighted imaging,could reflect tumorous metabolism,hemodynamics and cellularity information and is superior to conventional MR imaging in preoperative diagnosis,classification and postoperative prognostic evaluation for brain glioma.In addition,the MRI characteristic of oligodendroglial tumor is associated with its biological features,that is to say MRI could reveal the tumorous gene type,In this article,we review the MR imaging for brain oligodendrogilal tumor,hoping to improve the preoperative diagnostic and grade level of brain oligodendroglial tumor.
