华山松松塔化学成分的研究

摘    要:目的:研究华山松松塔的化学成分。方法:溶剂法和色谱法分离化合物,波谱法鉴定其结构。结果:分离得到7个化合物,其结构鉴定为sandaracopimaricacid(Ⅰ),isodextropimaricacid(Ⅱ),12-hydroxyabieticacid(Ⅲ),dehydroabieticacid(Ⅳ),15-hydroxydehydroabieticacid(Ⅴ),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol)(Ⅵ)和胡萝卜苷(daucosterol)(Ⅶ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ~Ⅳ为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study chemical constituents from pine cone of Pinus annandii. METHOD: The constituents were isolated by chromatographic method and the structures were identified on the basis of spectral analysis. RESULT: Seven compounds were identified as sandaracopimaric acid (I), isodextropimaric acid (II), 12-hydroxyabietic acid (III), dehydroabietic acid (IV), 15-hydroxydehydroabietic acid (V), beta-sitosterol (VI) and daucosterol (VII). CONCLUSION: Compounds I-IV were isolated from this plant for the first time.
