| 摘 要： | 为了探索眼眶肿瘤手术的最佳进路,采用B超和CT联合检查指导眼眶肿瘤入路。结果表明单纯B超导向手术进路的成功率为75％,而B超和CT联合导向手术进路的成功率为95.7％,二者比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。提示B超和CT联合检查优势互补,既可得到正确的诊断,又可导向手术进路,达到完整地切除肿瘤的目的。并可在一定程度上保留眼的功能和保持良好的容貌。

| Abstract: | In order to investigate the best surgical approach to orbital tumor, combined examinations of B-ultrasound (B-US) and computerized tomography (CT) were performed to guide the approach to the or- bital tumor. The results showed that the successful rate for the surgical approach was 75% under the guid- ance of B-US, while the successful rate was 95.7% by combination of B-US and CT, with the difference be- tween them being significant (P<0. 05). It was suggested that the combination of B-US and CT could obtain accurate diagnosis and guide the approach to the orbital tumor, and the aim for the complete removal of the tumor could be achieved. At the same time, the function of the eyes and good looks might he maintained to a certain degree. |
