高龄老年人白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术后视力分析

目的：评价高龄老年人白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术后视力状况及影响因素。方法：对387例(425只眼)80岁以上老年人实施白内障摘除人工晶状体植入手术，观察其术后视力及影响因素并予以分析。结果：术后矫正视力1．0以上为221只眼(52．O％)，在0．5-0．9之间为98只眼(23．1％)，低于0．5者为106只眼(24．9％)。影响视力的主要原因依次是老年性黄斑变性、青光眼、视网膜静脉栓塞、视神经萎缩。结论：高龄老年人在白内障摘除人工品状体植入术后视力有明显提高，眼底病是影响视力的主要疾病。眼科学报2003；19：95-97

Vision Analysis of Cataract Extraction with Intraocular Lens Implantation in Venerable Aged Patients

Purpose:To evaluate possible diseases affecting visual acuity in cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation in venerable aged patients .Methods:387 patients (425 eyes) over 80 years old were performed cataract extraction and intraocular lens(IOL) implantation, The postoperative vision was observed and affecting factors were analysed.Results:After the operation, there were 221 eyes (52.0%) of which corrected vision was better than 1.0, Ninty-eight eyes (23.8%) of which was 0.5-0.9 , 106 eyes (24.9%) of which was less than 0.5.The main diseases that affect vision restoration were aged-related macular degeneration, glaucoma, retinal vein occlusion and optic atrophy. Conclusion:The vision of venerable aged patients who had the operation of cataract extraction and IOL implantation were greatlv increased. The various fundus diseases in senile patients are mains reason affecting vision restoration. Eye Science 2003; 19: 95-97.
