云南丽江地区人群寄生虫感染调查

目的了解丽江市寄生虫病的流行现状和危害程度。方法对分层整群随机抽样调查的居民，使用统一表格进行个人卫生习惯等问卷调查并按《全国人体重要寄生虫病现状调查实施细则》检查旋毛虫、土源性线虫感染情况；计算机录入资料建立数据库。结果2525名居民旋毛虫抗体阳性率2．59％，肠道寄生虫总感染率11．55％，女性、农民职业人群对蛔虫、钩虫和旋毛虫的感染高于男性和学生，青壮年人群的3种寄生虫感染率高于其它年龄段人群。结论丽江地区的居民旋毛虫和肠道寄生虫的感染率低于全省平均水平。

Survey of infectious status of human parasites in Lijiang Area, Yunnan Province

Objective To understand the prevalent status and the harmfulness of human Parasites in Lijiang area of Yunnan Province. Methods Epidemiological survey was carried out by using self-designed questionnaire for investigation of infectious status of Trichinella spiralis and soil-borne parasites according to the and the data obtained were analyzed by aid of computer. Results Totally 2 525 people were surveyed and the positive rate of antibody against Trichinella spiralis was 2.59%. The total infection rate of intestinal parasites was 11.55%. The infection rates of Trichinella spiralis, hook work and Ascaris lumbricoides in the females and farmers were higher that of the males and students. The infection rates in the young and middle age populations were higher than that of other age groups Conclusion The infection rates of Trichinella spiralis and intestinal parasites in Lijiang area is lower than that of others areas in this province.
