124例胫骨平台骨折的X线分析

目的：进一步明确X线平片在诊断胫骨平台骨折中的作用。方法：对124例胫骨平台骨折的X线检查资料进行了回顾性分析（其中18例又进行了CT的对照检查）。结果：124例中首次正侧位X线平片检查发现骨折113例；加摄左、右斜位发现骨折6例；轴位发现骨折1例；另4例CT扫描证实骨折后再次平片检查，2例显示骨折线，2例石膏固定骨折线观察不清。结论：常规X线平片检查仍然是诊断胫骨平台骨折的首选方法；对于外伤后临床症状明显，在常规正侧位平片的基础上加摄特殊体位一般可确立诊断；CT检查除可发现隐匿性骨折外，还可了解有无关节软骨及周边肌腱的损伤。

Fracture of the tibial plateaus: an X-ray analysis of 124 cases

Objective: To determine the effect of radiograph in the diagnosis of tibial plateaus. Methods: One hundred and twenty-four patients with fracture of tibial plateaus were analyzed retrospectively by conventional radiography (of the 18 patients examined by CT scan were used as controls). Results: Of the 124 patients who had fracture of tibial plateaus, 113 X-ray plain films showed fracture, and in lateral projections, fractures were found in 6 patients at R and L oblique projections, 1 fracture was found via axial view. CT scan showed fractures in another 4 patients, the plain films were reexamined. Two of them showed fracture lines, the other two did not show clearly because the fixture of gypsum. Conclusion: The conventional radiograph is still the first choice in the examination of fracture of the tibial plateaus. However, after trauma the patients who have typical clinical symptoms should perform a particular position examination by X-ray. CT examination can not only show occult fractures, but also show injuries of articular cartilage and soft tissues.
