摘    要:目的:比较不同产地黄精中微量元素及氨基酸的含量。方法:采用电感耦合-等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)和氨基酸自动分析仪分别测定微量元素及氨基酸。结果:测定了8个产地黄精中15种无机元素,其中Ca,Mg,Al含量丰富,Fe,Zn,Cr,Mn含量也较高;同时测得18种氨基酸及牛磺酸,其中苏氨酸、精氨酸、赖氨酸、亮氨酸和甘氨酸含量较高,所有样品中均测出了8种必需氨基酸。结论:不同产地黄精中微量元素、氨基酸含量存在差异。

Abstract:Objective:To compare the contents of trace elements and amino acids in Rhizoma Polygonatum derived from different places.Methods:ICP-AES and HITACHI 835-50 Amino Acid Analyzer were used.Results:15 kinds of trace elements and 18 kinds of amino acids were detected in Rhizoma Polygonatum from eight different places, the contents of Ca,Mg,Al,Fe,Zn were higher than the other trace elements' and the contents of Thr,Arg,Lys,Leu,Gly were higher than the other amino acids'.Every sample contains eight essential amino acids.Conclusion:The difference of the contents of amino acids and trace elements in Rhizoma Polygonatum, which derived from different places, is obvious.
