| 摘 要： | 目的 研究短瓣金莲花及不同部位中两种黄酮苷的含量情况。方法 采用RP-HPLC，测定其中所含的两种黄酮苷荭草苷和牡荆苷的含量。结果 短瓣金莲花中荭草苷和牡荆苷的平均含量分别为1.9%和0.46%。结论 对短瓣金莲花中的黄酮应该加以研究和开发利用，短瓣金莲花可能是中药金莲花的一种代用新药源。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the contents of two flavone glycosides contained in Trollius ledebourli Reichb.METHODS Reverse phase HPLC was used to determine the two flevone glycosides orientin and vitexin.RESULTS The content of orientin was 1.90% and the content of vitexin was 0.46%.CONCLUSION The flavonoids contained in Trollius ledebourli Reichb.should be studied and further used.Trollius ledebourli Reichb. will be a new medicinal plant resource. |
