脑囊虫病MRI诊断－附23例分析

目的：评价MRI对脑囊虫的诊断与鉴别诊断价值。方法：对MRI诊断为脑囊虫病及资料完整的23例MRI影像进行分析，并与其中曾行CT检查和囊虫酶联吸附试验的检查结果进行对照分析。结果：23例中MRI病灶检出率为100％，特异性为17／23（74％），诊断符合率为100％（23／23）；23例中有20例曾行CT检查，其病灶检出率为90％（18／20），特异性为10％（2／20），符合率为75％（15／20），有16例做过酶联吸附试验，其中阳性率为38％（6／16）。结论：MRI对脑囊虫病有较高的诊断与鉴别诊断价值，特别是对非钙化期病灶有强的定性诊断能力。

MRI Diagnosis for Brain Cysticercosis with 23 Case Analysis

Objective: To evaluate the clinical values of MRI in the diagnosis of brain cysticerco- sis. Methods: 23 cases diagnosed as cysticercosis through MRI images were chosen as the targets, and CI and ELISA were used to make a contrast analysis. Results: All the 23 patients were diagnosed cysticercosis by MRI and the detection rate is 100%. The rate of specificity by MRI reaches 74% (17/23) and the accordance rate of diagnosis is 100% (23/23). Of 23 cases, 20 ones were once accepted CT examination and the detection rate is 90% (18/20), and the specificity rate is 10% (2/20) while the accordance rate 75% (15/20). There are 16 cases tested by ELISA and the positive rate is 38% (6/ 16). Conclusion: MRI has a high clinical value in the diagnosis and differentiation of cysticercosis, especially in the diag- nosis of cysticercosis without calcification in the nidus.
