| 摘 要： | 探讨乙型肝炎的病机,认为"污秽之血"是乙型肝炎发病的基础,湿热毒盛是乙型肝炎急性发作和慢性活动性肝炎的病机要素,疏泄失常是乙型肝炎的病机环节,肝血瘀阻是乙型肝炎的病机关键,脏腑虚损是乙型肝炎病机的发展趋势。指出本病临床虽可有寒热实的不同见证,但总以因实致虚、虚实夹杂为特点。因此临证应遵《内经》"谨守病机"之旨,以求获得最佳疗效。

| Abstract: | The pathogenesis of hepatitis B was discussed. It is believed that ＂dirty blood＂ is the disease mechanism basis of hepatitis B,damp-heat excess are pathogenesis elements of hepatitis B,failing to maintain the normal flow of Qi is pathogenesis link,congestion of liver-blood is the key of hepatitis B,and deficiency of Zang-fu organ is the development trend of hepatitis B. It is put forward different views of the clinical manifestations of cold and heat,but always deficiency caused by excess,deficiency with excess mixed is characteristics. Therefore,should follow the theory ＂keep pathogenesis＂in Huangdi＇s Canon of Medicine,in order to obtain the best effect. |
