| 摘 要： | 肠易激综合征(IBS)临床以腹泻型、便秘型、混合型最为常见。介绍了IBS分型论治的思路与方法,腹泻型采用抑肝扶脾化湿止泻法;便秘型采用疏肝解郁通腑导滞法,混合型采用寒热并用补虚泻实法。而疏肝健脾补肾法有助于抗IBS复发。

| Abstract: | The diarrhea type,constipation type and mixed type are the most commonly seen types in irritable bowel syndrome （IBS）. This article introduces the thinking and method of Chinese medicine treatment based on western medicine types of IBS：treating the diarrhea type by suppressing liver srengthen spleen and resolve dampness to stop diarrhea,treating the constipation type by dispersing liver-Qi to relieve stagnation and purging bowls,treating the mixed type by applying both cold and heat herbs simultaneously and tonifing the dificiency and reduce excessive method,and soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen and invigorating the kidney contribute to prevent recurrence of IBS. |
