阿魏酸钠注射液治疗稳定性劳力型心绞痛疗效的观察

目的　观察阿魏酸钠注射液对稳定性劳力型心绞痛病人临床疗效、血液流变学的影响。方法　 6 8例病人分为阿魏酸钠组 36例和丹参组 32例 ,分别予阿魏酸钠注射液 2 0 0mg ,复方丹参注射液 2 0mlivgttqd共治疗 10d。结果　 2组均能提高疗效 ,降低血液流变学指标 ,与治疗前比较差异有非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。总有效率阿魏酸钠为 83% ,丹参组为 75 % ,差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;阿魏酸钠组降低血液流变学作用较丹参组明显 ,差异有非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　阿魏酸钠注射液能够明显改善稳定性劳力型心绞痛疗效 ,血液微循环变化与复方丹参注射液相似

Effect of Aweisuanna Injection on the Patients with Stable Exertional Angina

Objective To observe the influence of Aweisuanna injection on patients stable exertional angina.Methods Sixty-eight patients were divided into two groups:Aweisuanna injection group(36 pationts)and salvine miltirrhiza group(32 patients).They were separately treated with Aweisuanna injection of 200 mg and compound salviae miltiorrhiza injection of 20ml iv.gtt.qd.for 10 d.Results Compared to pre-therapy,both groups showed enhanced curoitive effect and reduced hemorheology.The differences were very significant(P<0.01).The total effect rate was 83% in Aweisuanna group and 75% in salivae miltiorrhiza group.There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).The effect of reducing hemorheology in Aweisuanna group was more obvious than that in salvia miltiorrhiza group with a great significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Aweisuanna injection can obviously improve blood microcirculation in patients with stable exertional angina.The effect of Aweisuanna injection is similar to that of salvia miltiorrhiza injection.
