运动对制动后外侧副韧带生物力学特性的影响

摘    要:目的 :研究运动对制动后兔膝外侧副韧带生物力学特性的影响。方法 :选用 18只新西兰白兔 ,6只内固定8周后主动活动 8周 ,6只内固定 8周后被动 +主动活动 8周 ,另 6只作为正常对照。取外侧副韧带进行生物力学试验。结果 :制动侧外侧副韧带的横截面积小于对侧和正常组 ,与正常组比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。活动 8周外侧副韧带的结构特性指标较对侧和正常组小 ,与对侧比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。外侧副韧带的材料特性指标与对侧和正常组接近 ,差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。在断裂方式上 ,已出现其他部位的断裂。结论 :制动后活动韧带物质的材料特性比结构特性恢复更快 ,活动对改善韧带的结构和功能有帮助。

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of movement on lateral collateral ligament (LCL) after knee immobilizafion.Methods Eighteen rabbits were devided into two groups:group Ⅰ,eight weeks of active movement;group Ⅱ,eight weeks of passive+active movement.The biomechanical properties of LCL were tested.Results Movement improved the structural properties of ligament-bone complexs of LCL obviously, while LCL did not return to normal.The material properties of LCL was similar to those of contralateral and normal control.Conclusion The recovery of material properties of ligament substance was quicker than that of structural properties of ligament-bone complexs. The effect of active movement and passive + active movement on recovery of ligament structure after immobilization was similar.
