低密度脂蛋白受体相关蛋白基因、丁基胆碱酯酶基因与Alzheimer病的相关性研究

目的　探讨中国汉族人低密度脂蛋白受体相关蛋白 (L RP)基因、丁基胆碱酯酶 (BCHE)基因多态性与 Alzheim er病 (AD)的相关情况。方法　应用 PCR- RFL P方法 ,在 38例 AD患者和 40名正常人中观察 L RP和 BCHE基因多态性的分布 ,进行关联分析。结果　 AD患者 L RP基因 C/ C纯合子基因型频率及等位基因 C频率均高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,AD患者 BCHE基因各基因型频率及等位基因频率与对照组比较均无显著性差异。结论　中国人群中 ,L RP基因多态性与 AD呈正相关 ;BCHE基因多态性与 AD发病无关。

Study on the relationship between LRP gene,BCHE gene and Alzheimer disease

Objective To investigate the relationship between LRP gene,BCHE gene polymorphism and Alzheimer disease(AD) in Chinese.Methods The gene polymorphism distribution of LRP and BCHE was observed in 38 AD patients and 40 controls with PCR RFLP methods,and was analysed relatedly as well.Results The frequencies of LRP gene C/C homozygote genotype and C allele in AD patients were higher than in the controls (P<0 05),There was no remarkable difference between each genotype frepuency of BCHE gene,the frepuency of allele in AD patients and the controls.Conclusions In Chinese LRP gene polymorphism was positive correlation to AD.There was no association between BCHE gene polymorphism and AD.
