| 摘 要： | [目的]分析早期2型糖尿病患者使用中西医联合强化治疗效果。[方法]观察50例早期2型糖尿病患者经过强化治疗后的缓解率,应用回归分析和组间对照的方法探究各种因素同缓解率的相关性。[结果]强化治疗(12.8±2.4)d之后,体重指数(P=0.044)、达标总天数同总强化天数的比值是影响缓解率的主要因素;强化结束时、1个月、随访期的缓解率分别为48.00%,56.00%,52.00%等。[结论]中西医联合强化治疗方案可以使一半以上的早期2型糖尿病患者得到临床缓解。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To analyse the early in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined traditional Chinese and western medicine use intensie treatment effect.[Methods] To observe the early 50 cases of type 2 diabetes after the strengthening treatment after the remission rate,the application of regression analysis and the method of comparison between groups with various factors to explore the correlation of remission rate.[Results] Strengthening treatment(12.82.4) d after,body mass index(P=0.044),the total number of days with total reinforcement ratio is the main factors of influence remission rate;Strengthen the end,one month,follow-up period of remission rate were 48.00%,56.00%,52.00%,etc.[Conclusion] The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy intensified scheme can make more than half of the early in patients with type 2 diabetes get clinical ease. |
