量子点荧光技术在活体动物移植瘤方面的应用研究

摘    要:量子点是一类直径<100 nm的半导体纳米晶粒,是一种很有潜力的荧光标志物。量子点标记探针广泛应用于动物移植瘤的体内外研究,尤其是在肿瘤靶向成像、前哨淋巴结成像、血管成像、肿瘤标志物检测、肿瘤转移和治疗等方面。基于量子点技术在移植瘤动物模型中建立一种高敏感性、高特异性的肿瘤检测体系,实时动态地监测肿瘤的发生、发展及转移,为量子点探针应用于临床的诊断、治疗及预后建立一个新的平台,是今后的研究方向。

Abstract:Quantum dots,semiconductor nanocrystals with diameter <100 nm,have been widely used in animal transplanted tumor research both in vivo and in vitro as a high capacity fluorescent labeling,especially in tumor target imaging,sentinel node imaging,tumor vascularity imaging,tumor marker detection,tumor metastasis and therapy,etc..The hypersensitive and hyper special tumor detection system established based on quantum dots technology to realize real-time monitoring of genesis,development and metastasis of tumors and establishing a new platform for quantum dot probe application in clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis are the future study direction.
