颈前路减压钛网植入锁定钢板内固定治疗颈椎疾病的临床分析

目的 探讨颈前路减压钛网植入锁定钢板内固定的初步临床应用效果。方法 对22例颈椎疾病患者行前路颈椎椎体次全切除减压，以钛网植入所切椎体松质骨椎体间，前路钢板内固定术，并观察疗效及手术融合节段的稳定性。结果 随访时间6—8个月，所有病人的神经症状得到不同程度的恢复。术后影像学资料仅有1例钢板翘起，但钛网固定良好。结论 钛网植骨可以避免取髂骨所带来的并发症，联合颈前路锁定钢板固定，可达到安全、有效的即时稳定作用，有利于病人的早期下床活动和功能恢复。

A clinical study on anterior cervical decompression, intervertebral fusion with bone graft and titanium mesh and internal fixation with auto-locking plate to therapy 22 cases of cervical syndrome

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of anterior cervical decompression,intervertebral fusion with bone graft and titanium mesh and internal fixation with auto-locking plate.Methods Twenty-two cases of cervical dieases were treated with partial vertebrectomy,anterior cervical decompression,intervertebral fusion with auto-ilium graft and titanium mesh,then fixation with auto-locking plate.It was observed that the postoperative effects of patients and the stability and fusion effects of the operation region in the following days.Results All case had been followed up for 6-8 months.The nerve functions of all patients had recoveried to some extent.Only one case was observed that the plate was cut-out but the titanium mesh's position was well by the image after operation.Conclusion The method of intervertebral fusion with titanium mesh can reduce the complication of that with auto-ilium graft.The procedure,combing auto-locking plate internal fixation with titanium mesh,can get safe and effective stability immediately and have advantages of quick recovery and less compliction.
