阿司匹林包衣脉冲片剂的研究

摘    要:以阿司匹林为非水溶性模型药物研制脉冲片剂并同时考察用包衣的方法制备脉冲给药系统的可行性。方法 :筛选出适当的片芯处方 ,以乙基纤维素和丙烯酸树脂L(S)的乙醇溶液包衣 ,采用滚转包衣法 ,制备阿司匹林脉冲片剂。通过体外释放度实验 ,考察片芯和衣层对片剂脉冲释放的影响。结果 :片芯处方、包衣处方、包衣层厚度对阿司匹林的脉冲释放均有影响。结论 :通过选择片芯中的崩解剂、调整包衣层组成和厚度 ,可以用包衣的方法得到不同时间脉冲释药的阿司匹林片剂。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the preparation of pulsatile tablets of aspirin. Methods: Aspirin was used as hydrophobic model drug. The core was determined, then the outer film was pan coated by ethylcellulose /Eudragit L(S) dissolved in anhydrous alcohol. The effect of the core and the film on pulsatile release of aspirin was investigated under release rate test. Results: The pulsatile release of aspirin was influenced by the formulation of the core and the composition and thickness of the coating film. Conclusion: The pulsatile release of aspirin can be controlled by selection of disintegrants of the core and changing composition and thickness of the coating film.
