Well’s综合征1例

报告1例Well's综合征。患者女,31岁。四肢反复出现皮疹,伴瘙痒、疼痛1年余,加重1月。组织病理示:真皮内大量嗜酸性细胞浸润,并可见火焰现象。诊断为嗜酸性蜂窝织炎(Well's综合征)。

A Case of Wells Syndrome

Objective Well's syndrome was presented in a 31-year-old woman.The patient presented with recurrent rashes with itching and tenderness on her extremities for over one year and the rashes aggravated for one month.The histopathological examination of a skin biopsy specimen showed an excessive infiltration of eosinophils and flame figures in the dermis.We diagnosed this case as eosinophilic cellulitis(Well's syndrome).
