《医院处方集》的编写及其临床应用意义

目的：总结本院《医院处方集》的编写思路和过程,阐述《医院处方集》在本院临床指导的意义。方法：回顾《医院处方集》的编写过程,进行总结分析。结果与结论：《医院处方集》分为总论、各论、附录、索引4个部分,具有妇产科用药的专业性、代表性和指导性。《医院处方集》在指导本院临床用药规范化上起到了积极的作用,同时可提高本院的诊疗水平,保障本院用药安全。

Compilation and clinical applications of hospital formulary

Objective: To summarize the compiling process of the hospital formulary and to analyze its clinical guiding significance in Tianjin Central hospital of Gynecology Obstetrics.Methods: Processes of compiling the formulary are reviewed and analyzed.Results and Conclusion: The hospital formulary includes four parts: general part,special part,appendix and index.The compendia improves greatly the standardization,quality and safety of medication in our hospital for it’s specific,representative and guiding property.
