| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针药联用治疗婴幼儿腹泻的疗效。方法：针刺中脘穴与口服山药粥结合。日各1次。结果：治疗68例，治愈57例，显效7例，无效4例，总有效率94％。结论：本疗法具有健脾补肾涩肠，利温缓急止痛的功效。对于轻中度婴幼儿腹泻，疗效确切，且方法简便易行。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect of infantile diarrhea treated with acupuncture and medicine.Method:Acupuncture at Zhongwan point and common yam rhizome porridge were adopted.Results:In 68 cases,57 was healed and 7 was improved,while 4 was inefficiency.The total effective rate was 94%.Conclution:The therapeusis had invigorating spleen,tonifying and astringing intestines,elimination of dampness and relieving spasm and stopping pain.In clinic,the method fit the mild and moderate patiens. |
