超氧化物歧化酶及川芎嗪对家兔缺血心肌再灌注损伤的影响

摘    要:本文在开胸、全麻家兔的冠状动脉结扎及再灌流过程中。观察了超氧化物歧化酶及川芎嗪对再灌注损伤的影响。实验过程中连续记录心电图,左室内压及其变化速率,观察结束后迅速摘取心脏测定缺血部位及非缺血部位两二醛含量。结果显示,超氧化物歧化酶、川芎嗪都能抑制缺血心肌再灌注后的收缩性能下降(与对照组相比P<0.01),同时也部分地抑制了缺血再灌流心肌组织丙二醛的升高(与对照组比P<0.01)。本研究结果表明,再灌注损伤可能与超氧自由基的大量产生及心脏组织过氧化脂质生成有关。超氧化物歧化酶及川芎嗪对再灌注损伤均有抑制作用。

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of SOD and ligustrazin in thetreatment of reperfusion injury during the period of reperfusion and the ligation, of the leftventricular branch of left coronary in anesthetized and chest incised rabbits. ECG, LVP,dp/dt, and dp/dr/p were continously recorded during the experimental process. After observation, the heart of rabbits were removed quickly, and the content of molondiadehyde(MDA) of the ischemic and the non-ischemic areas was measured separately. Theresult of our study indicate that both SOD and ligustrazin can inhibit the decrease of heartcontractibility ?n contrast with control group, p<0.01). Both SOD and ligustrazin canalso inhibit the increase of the content of MDA of the ischemic area (in contrast withcontrol group, p<0.01). This study shows that reperfusion injary might relateto the mass production of oxygen free radicals and lipid peroxide. Both SOD and ligus-trazin might inhibit reperfusion injury.
