| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨呼吸机在院外急救长途转运中的应用及益处。方法：对236例应用呼吸机长途转运病人病例回顾、统计、分析。结果：使用气动呼吸机162例、电动呼吸机74例；患者中长途转院64例，放弃治疗自动出院172例；其中，气动呼吸机有效率69．14％，电动呼吸机有效率89．19％，长途转院有效率90．63％，总有效率75．42％。结论：呼吸机在危重病人的长途转运中有着积极作用；与院内相比，其应用有一定的独特性。
