腺苷对家兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的 研究腺苷对缺血再灌注心肌收缩功能和ATP含量的影响。方法 采用家兔离体工作心模型,观察腺苷对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。结果 腺苷能明显增国冠脉充量,促进缺血再灌注心肌收缩功能和和ATP含量的恢复。高度选择性腺苷A1受体损坏抗剂DPCPX能完全消腺苷的的心肌保护作用。结论腺苷A1受体激动在腺苷的心肌保护机制中起着重要的作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of adenosine on the contractive function and ATP content of the isolated rabbit hearts treated by ischemia/reperfusion.Methods The isolated rabbit working-heart model was used to evaluate the protective effects of adenosine against reperfusion injuty.Results Adenosine significantly increased the coronary flow and improved the recovery of contractive function and ATP content in the ischemic heart during reperfusion.The highly selective adenosine A 1 receptor antagonist DPCPX diminished the cardioprotective effect of adenosine completely.Conclusion The activation of adenosine A 1 receptor plays an important role in the cordioprotective mechanism of adenosine.
