| 摘 要： | 目的探讨杀伤细胞免疫球蛋白样受体3DL1（KIR 3DL1）与特发性血小板减少性紫癜（ITP）发病的相关性。方法采用流式细胞术检测38例ITP患者治疗前、缓解后及20例对照组外周血CD8^＋T细胞表面KIR 3DL1的表达。结果ITP患者治疗前外周血CD8^＋T细胞KIR 3DL1（中位数=2．30％，四分住数=1．71％）表达低于ITP患者缓解后（中住数=3．11％，四分位间距：2．18％），差异有统计学意义（Z=3．95，P〈0．05）；ITP患者治疗前外周血CD8^＋T细胞KIR 3DL1表达亦低于对照组（中位数=4．03％，四分位间距=2．47％），差异有统计学意义（Z=3．45，P〈0．05）。结论ITP患者外周血CD8^＋T细胞KIR 3DL1表达下调，血小板破坏增加。KIR 3DL1在ITP发病中起一定作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the relationship between killer Ig-like receptors 3DLI （KIR3DL1） and idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura （ITP）. Methods KIR3DLI expressed on the surface of CD8^＋ T lymphocytes were determined by flow cytometry in 38 ITP patients and 20 cases blood donors. Results The expression of KIR 3DL1 on CD8^＋T lymphoeytes in ITP patients before treatment was significantly lower （M=2.30%, Q=1.71%） than that of cured patients （M=3.11%, Q=2.18%）（Z=3.95,P〈0.05）.The expression of KIR 3DL1 on CD8^＋T lymphocytes of patients before treatment was significantly lower than that of blood donors too （M=4.03%, Q=2.47%）（Z=3.45,P〈0.05）. Conclusions The expression of KIR 3DL1 on CD8^＋T lymphocytes decreased in ITP patients, and the destruction of platelets increased. KIR 3DL1 are associated with ITP. |
