宫颈癌患者围术期血清肿瘤标志物及MMP、HSP的变化

目的：研究宫颈癌患者围术期血清肿瘤标志物基质金属蛋白酶（MMP）、热休克蛋白（HSP）的变化情况。方法：选取于本院进行手术治疗的60例宫颈癌患者为观察组，并选N期的60例健康同龄妇女为对照组，将观察组手术前1d和手术后3、5、7d及14d时和对照组的血清肿瘤标志物及MMP、HSP水平进行统计与比较。结果：观察组术前1d和术后3、5、7d及14d的血清肿瘤标志物水平均高于对照组，且术后水平均低于本组术前，而术前1d和术后3、5、7d的血清MMP及HSP均高于对照组，差异具有统计意义（P〈0．05）；但术后14d两组的血清MMP及HSP比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：宫颈癌患者围术期血清肿瘤标志物及MMP、HSP均呈现持续降低的趋势，但是肿瘤标志物降低速度相对更慢。

Ohanges of serum tumor markers and MMP,HSP in patients with cervical carcinoma during the perioperative period

Objective： To observe and study the changes of serum tumor markers and MMP,HSP in patients with cervical carcinoma during the perioperative period. Methods： A total of 60 patients with cervical carcinoma scheduled for operation were enrolled as observation group, and 60 healthy women with the same age during this period were selected as control group, then the serum tumor markers, MMP, HSP levels of observation group 1 day before and 3, 5, 7 and 14 days after undergoing the operation were com- pared with that of the control group. Results：The serum tumor markers of observation group 1 day before the operation and 3,3, 5, 7 and 14 days after undergoing the operation were all higher than these of control group, and those levels decreased significantly after undergoing the operation. Serum MMP and HSP 1 day before the operation and 3,3, 5, and 7 days after undergoing the operation were also all higher than theseof control group, and those levels decreased significantly after undergoing the operation, but 14 days after the operation, MMP and HSP of the observation group were not significant different from that of the con- trol group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion ：The serum tumor markers and MMP, HSP of patients with cervical car- cinoma during the perioperative period show trends of continuous decreasing, while the speed of tumor markers decreasing is slower.
