腹腔镜肝癌根治术对患者疼痛应激、胶原蛋白及其代谢产物的影响

目的：研究腹腔镜肝癌根治术对患者疼痛应激、胶原蛋白及其代谢产物的影响。方法：选取2011年9月～2013年12月于本院进行肝癌根治术的82例患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组（开腹手术组，41例）和观察组（腹腔镜手术组，41例），比较两组患者术前1d及术后1、3、7d的血清疼痛应激、胶原蛋白及其代谢产物指标水平。结果：观察组术后1、3、7d的血清疼痛应激、胶原蛋白及其代谢产物指标水平均明显低于对照组，且观察组术后1d的血清疼痛应激指标明显高于本组其他时间点的检测结果，差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。结论：腹腔镜肝癌根治术对患者疼痛应激、胶原蛋白及其代谢产物的影响优于开腹手术，患者受到的手术创伤较小，且恢复较快。

Influence of laparoscopic radical resection on pain stress,collagenprotein and metabolites of hepatocellular carcinoma patients

Objective： To study the influence of laparoscopic radical resection on pain stress,colla- genprotein and metabolites of hepatocellular carcinoma patients. Methods：A total of 82 hepatocellular car- cinoma patients with radical resection of admitted from September 2011 to December 2013 were selected as study objects, and were randomly divided into control group（open operation group）and observation group （laparoscopic operation group）by half. Pain stress,collagen protein and metabolites indexes of two groups on the 1st day before the operation and on the 1st,3rd and 7th day after the operation were compared. Re- suits：Pain stress,collagen protein and metabolites indexes of observation group on the1st,3rd and 7th day after the operation were all significantly lower than those of control group,and the pain stress indexes of observation group on the 1st day after the operation were all significantly higher than the results at other time points （all P〈0.05）. Conclusions：The influence of laparoscopic radical resection on the pain stress, collagen protein and metabolites are more significantly than those with open operation. The incision issmaller and the recovery is rapid.
