静脉自控镇痛对喉癌术后患者机体应激程度及疼痛相关指标的影响

目的：研究静脉自控镇痛对喉癌术后患者机体应激程度及疼痛相关指标的影响。方法：选取2010年1月-2013年12月于本院进行手术治疗的62例喉癌患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组（常规术后干预组，31例）和观察组（常规术后干预加静脉自控镇痛组，31例），比较两组患者术前及术后6、12、48h的血清应激激素、炎性应激指标及疼痛相关血清指标。结果：观察组术后6、12、48h的血清应激激素、炎性应激指标及疼痛相关血清指标均显著低于对照组（P〈0．05），两组术后各指标比较亦有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。结论：静脉自控镇痛对喉癌术后患者机体应激程度及疼痛相关指标的影响较大，因此更有助于改善患者的术后机体状态及舒适度。

Influence of controlled intravenous analgesia on body stress degree and pain related indexes of patients with laryngocarcinoma after the operation

Objective. To study the influence of controlled intravenous analgesia on the body stress degree and pain related indexes of patients with laryngocarcinoma after the operation. Methods. A total of 62 patients with laryngoearcinoma admitted from January 2010 to December 2013 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group（routine postoperative intervention group）cases and observation group （routine postoperative intervention and patient controlled intravenous analgesia group） by half. Serum stress hormones,inflammatory stress items and pain related serum indexes of two groups before the operation and at 6th,12th and 48th hour after the operation were detected and compared. Results：The serum stress hormones,inflammatory stress items and pain related serum indexes of observa- tion group at 6th,12th and 48th hour after the operation were all significantly lower than those of control group （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Controlled intravenous analgesia has significant influence on the body stress degree and pain related indexes of patients with laryngocarcinoma,and it can improve postoperativebody state and comfort degree.
