头孢克肟在小儿急性细菌性肠炎中的疗效及对炎性指标的影响

目的：观察头孢克肟在小儿急性细菌性肠炎中的疗效及对炎性指标的影响。方法：选取于本院进行治疗的90例急性细菌性肠炎患儿为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组（头孢克洛组）45例和观察组（头孢克肟组）45例，然后将两组中发热与未发热者的总有效率及治疗前、治疗后不同时间的血清白介素-8（IL-8）、降钙素原（PCT）及肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF—α）含量和阳性率进行比较。结果：观察组中发热与未发热者的总有效率均分别高于对照组，治疗后不同时间的血清IL-8、PCT及TNF—α含量和阳性率均低于对照组及观察组治疗前，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：头孢克肟在小儿急性细菌性肠炎中的综合疗效较好，且其对患儿的血清炎性指标也有较佳的控制作用。

Effects of cefixime on acute bacterial enteritis in children and its influence on inflammatory indexes

Objective, To observe the effect of cefixime on acute bacterial enteritis in children and its influence on inflammatory indexes. Methods.A total of 90 children with acute bacterial enteritis treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group（cefaclor group, n=45 cases） and ob servation group（cefixime group, n=45 cases）, then the total effective rates of patients with fever and without fever, serum content and positive rate of IL-8,PCT and TNF-α before and after the treatment were compared. Results. The total effective rates of patients with fever or without fever in the observation group were higher than those of control group. After treatment, serum content and positive rate of IL-8, PCT and TNF-α were all lower than those of control group and those parameters of observation group were al-soe lower than that before the treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion. The comprehensive effect of cefixime in the treatment of children with acute bacterial enteritis is good, and it can control the serum inflammatoryindexes effectively.
