| 摘 要： | 目的:分析重组猪卵透明带-3β截短型蛋白(tunc-pZP3β)的结构,以及重组蛋白中产生强免疫原性的氨基酸序列的抗原表位。方法:利用生物信息学方法分析tunc-pZP3β的序列信息,并同源建模tunc—pZP3β的三维结构,分析抗原表位。结果:建立了tunc-pZP3β的模拟三维结构,显示出两段目的抗原表位氨基酸序列位于蛋白表面。结论:tunc-pZP3β从理论上保留着抗原表位。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the epitopes of the recombinant truncated porcine zona pellucida protein 3β(tunc-pZP3β)based on the known antigenic sequence.Methods:The tunc-pZP3βmodeling structure was performed by Homology and MODERLER module,and epitopes was analyzed based on the model.Results:The tunc-pZP3βmodeling structure was constituted,and the known antigenic sequence was on the surface. Conclusion:The epitopes of the recombinant tunc-pZP3βis reserved theoretically. |
