| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨前额部皮肤缺损创面修复的较好方法。方法：应用前额部旋转皮瓣对12例前额部因外伤，瘢痕及黑痣、肿瘤切除术后的创面进行修复。结果：12例创面均得到修复，所修复创面的皮肤颜色和质地与周围皮肤一致，供皮瓣区术后瘢痕不明显。结论：该方法对于前额部一定大小面积内的皮肤缺损创面的修复是一种较好的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To find a good method for the repair of forehead skin defect after cheek scar resection. Method: 12 patients had respectively forehead defects due to scar formation after wounded and pigmented nevus and defect after tumor resection were repaired with rotation flaps. Result: After repairing, the color and the texture of the skin were very good, the results were very satisfactory. Conclusion: Rotation flap is very suitable for the repair of forehead defects. |
