社会心理因素与青春期功血

正常月经周期有赖于下丘脑-垂体-卵巢调节轴调节,而大脑皮层又控制下丘脑的功能。机体内外任何因素干扰此系统的完整性,均可导致月经的失调,尤其是青春期女性,由于性调节轴功能的不完善,易受外界影响而出现月经周期紊乱、痛经、闭经、经前期紧张综合征等。据研究显示,心理因素、应激刺激如剧烈运动、焦虑、节食、精神过度紧张、环境和气候改变、营养不良、劳累过度都可以通过大脑皮层的神经递质导致下丘脑性月经失调。这是由于应激导致儿茶酚胺,肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)及β内啡肽升高,致促性腺激素水平降低,排卵障碍,使雌、孕激素失调,致月经周期紊乱。

Social Psychological Factors and Female''''s Menstruation During Puberty

Normal menstrual cycle is dependent upon the regulation of hypothalamus-pituitary-ovary axesis,and pallium controls the function of hypothalamus.The wreck of the integrality of this regulation system caused by any factors in / out of body would result in menstrual disorders,especially the females in puberty are prone to have menstrual disorders,amenorrhea,and dysmenorrhea caused by surrounding factors due to their imperfect function of sex regulation axes.Based on lots of studies,many mental factors and stress,such as acute exercise,anxiety,less eating,overstress in psychology,changes of circumstances and climate,malnutrition,and overtireness,would cause menstrual disorders through the action of neurotransmitters in pallium on hypothalamus.The stress can result in the high level of catecholamine,ACTH,and β-endorphin,which will then result in the low level of gonadotrophin and ovulation failure causing imbalance between estrogen and progestogen.At last,the menstrual disorders will result from that imbalance.
