| 摘 要： | 目的:了解卡介苗接种致不良反应的临床特征与相关因素。方法:检索1995～2006年国内医学期刊报道的卡介苗接种致不良反应病例136例,并进行统计、分析。结果:136例卡介苗接种所致不良反应中淋巴结异常反应最多(35例,占25.7%),其次为皮肤及附件损害(30例,占22.1%),再次为结核(23例,占16.9%);不良反应潜伏期长,预后较差。结论:患者的年龄、体质等因素均能引发卡介苗接种致不良反应的发生,临床应特别警惕淋巴结异常反应与全身播散性卡介苗病的发生。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To study the clinical features and the related factors of the adverse drug reactions( ADR) caused by BCG vaccination. METHODS: A total of 136 ADR cases caused by BCG vaccination retrieved in domestic medical journals between 1995 and 2006 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS: Of the 136 ADR cases, leading the list were abnormal reactions of lymph node( 35 cases, 25. 7% ) , followed in order by lesions of skin and the appendants( 30 cases, 22. 1% ) and tuberculosis( 23 cases, 16. 9% ) . The ADR had a long reaction latency and undesirable prognosis. CONCLUSION: The incidence of ADR caused by BCG vaccination is associated to patients’ age and physical status etc; clinics should be on guard against the systemic ADR induced by BCG vaccination especially the abnormal reactions of lymph node. |
