利多卡因导致老年急性心肌梗死患者精神障碍相关因素分析

目的 探讨治疗量利多卡因导致急性心肌梗死老年人精神障碍的相关因素。方法 对使用治疗量利多卡因用于预防及治疗急性心肌梗死后室性心律失常老年患者128例进行回顾性调查分析,分为精神障碍组和非精神障碍组,对临床资料进行观察比较。结果 精神障碍组年龄明显高于非精神障碍组,且梗死范围、无痛性心梗发作次数、心功能及并发急性左心衰的发生率与非精神障碍组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论 精神障碍的发生与老年急性心肌梗死患者的年龄、病情严重程度及预后有关,精神障碍会使急性心肌梗死病情加重,提示在护理过程中要做好预见性护理,在预防室性心律失常的同时要注意预防利多卡因导致精神障碍的发生。

Analysis of the related factors of mental disorders in the elderly acute myocardial infarction patients treated bv lidocaine

Objective To investigate relevant factors of mental disorders in elderly patients suffered from acute myocardial infarction (AMI) treated with routine dose of lidocaine. Methods A reviewing analysis of 128 cases of elderly AMI patients treated with routine dose of lidocaine to prevent the ventricular arrhythmia was made. All patients were divided into the mental disorders group and the control group, and their clinical information data was observed and compared. Results Patients in mental disorders group were older than those in control group. Comparing with the latter, the occurrence rate of large infarction, painless myocardial infarction, bad cardiac function and complicated acute left heart failure in the mental disorders were significantly higher (P<0.05 or <0.01).Conclusion The occurrence of mental disorders is related to the age of elderly group with AMI, the state of illness and prognosis and the AMI will be aggravated due to the mental disorders. These indicate that the foreseeing nursing is needed through the nursing process, and the mental disorders caused by lidocaine should be prevented while preventing the ventricular arrhythmia.
