| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨老年糖尿病患者的修复治疗方法.方法：对30例65岁以上的糖尿病患者进行固定义齿修复,另一组30例65岁以上的糖尿病患者进行活动义齿修复,戴入6个月或1年后复查,检查基牙有无龋病、牙周改变及松动.结果：义齿的设计,与基牙健康密切相关.结论：老年糖尿病患者义齿修复以活动义齿为主,固定义齿修复时应注意口腔卫生情况.

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the prosthetic treatment in the elderly patients with diabetes Mellitus. Methods:30 cases over 65 years old with diabetes mellitus were treated with fixed bridges. The other 30 cases were treated with remov able partial denture. The clinical performance of these restorations was observed at six-month or one-year follow-up, the abutment teeth status were examined on items of caries, periodontal diseases and teeth mobolity. Results:The result showed that the different designs of dentures had close relation with abutment teeth status. Conclusion:Removable partial denture is the main method of the prosthetic treatment in the elderly patients with diabetes Mellitus Oral hygiene is very important to the patient when fixed bridge was used. |
