| 摘 要： | 糖耐量低减(i mpaired glucose tolerance,IGT)是介于正常和糖尿病之间的中间状态,其所致的糖尿病视网膜病变越来越受到人们的关注。本文主要叙述了IGT患者糖尿病视网膜病变的发病率,从高血糖、胰岛素抵抗和高胰岛素血症、游离脂肪酸和脂肪细胞因子释放增多这几个方面阐述了IGT时糖尿病视网膜病变的发病机理,强调对IGT患者进行早期干预的重要性。

| Abstract: | Impaired glucose tolerance(IGT)is the intermediate state between normal glucose and diabetes.People has drawn increasing attention to the diabetic retinopathy(DR)caused by IGT.This article summaries the prevalence of the DR caused by IGT and reviews the mechanism of DR caused by IGT from following aspects:hyperglycemia,insulin resistance and hyperinsulinemia,increasing release of free fat acid and adipocytokines,and emphasizes the importance of early intervention in IGT patients. |
