非甾体类抗炎药的不良反应研究进展

非甾体抗炎药是临床上常用的解热镇痛药物，由于该类药物确切的疗效和不良反应之间的矛盾，长期以来一直受到研究者的关注，如何提高疗效，有效预防不良反应也一直成为该研究领域的热点，随着药品不良反应研究，药品经济学、药物基因学；循证医学等相关学科的发展，对该类药物不良反应发生，预防、发展，转归的研究也逐渐深入，这将为临床合理使用非甾体抗炎药提供更多的科学依据。

Advances in Search for Adverse Reactions of Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs

Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) is such kind of common used drugs that have a long history of argument on the controversy about its defined efficacy and adverse reaction. Much effort has been done in this field to reduce the adverse reactions as much as possible without at the expense of improving high efficacy. In the past decade, the development of drug adverse reaction research, pharmacoecnomics, pharmacogenetics and evidence-based medicine have put deeper insight in the research of the etiology, prevention development, and outcome of the adverse reaction caused by NSAIDs,which in turn will provide more scientific clue to reasonable selection of NSAIDs in clinical practice.
