糖尿病性动眼神经麻痹与瞳孔改变的观察

对于糖尿病性动眼神经经麻痹，目前认为是由于营养神经血管缺血影响第三对颅神经干的中央部，因此瞳孔无改变，作者报告3例并综合国内文献15例，共18例。其中有11例瞳孔有改变，说明糖尿病性动眼神经麻痹时瞳孔路神经纤维大多数要受到损害，文中就其发病机制进行了讨论，指出代谢机制和血管机制均是发生糖尿病性动眼神经麻痹与瞳孔改变的原因。

Observation on Diabetic Oculomotor Palsy and the Changes of Pupils

Recently the etiology of diabetic oculomotor palsy was considered through lack of blood supply to the central parts of the third cranial nerve, with no pupils change. The authors reported 3 cases and concluded 15 cases from domestic documente, 11 cases of them had changes of pupils. The results suggested most of pupil nerve fibers were affected indiabetic oculomotor palsy. The paper discussed the mechanism of the diseases and indicafed that both metabolic mechanism and vascalar mechanism were the complications of diabetic oculomotor palsy.
