| 摘 要： | 目的研究甘肃棘豆生物碱部位对S180荷瘤小鼠的抗肿瘤作用及对免疫功能的影响。方法将接种S180肿瘤后的小鼠随机分为5组,灌胃10d,停药后24h处死动物,称体重,剥除肿瘤称瘤重,同时解剖小鼠,称脾重、胸腺重,计算脾指数、胸腺指数,用MTT法测定脾细胞增殖率。结果甘肃棘豆生物碱部位具有抗肿瘤作用,以中剂量组作用较明显,与阴性对照组相比有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,但是与阳性对照组相比,抑瘤效果较弱。该药还可以增加小鼠脾指数、胸腺指数,脾细胞增殖率与对照组相比亦有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论甘肃棘豆生物碱部位具有抗肿瘤及免疫增强作用。
