介入配合中药与通液术治疗输卵管阻塞42例疗效分析

目的:为了进一步提高输卵管再通术的疗效,给不孕症患者带来更大福音.方法:笔者从2001年1月至2004年3月,对83例经输卵管造影确诊为输卵管中、远段梗阻导致不孕的患者随机分为两组,甲组为介入术配合中药内服、外敷、灌肠加输卵管通液术治疗.乙组为介入术后单用中药治疗.结果:甲组有效率为71.43%,受孕率为54.76%,而乙组有效率仅43.90%,受孕率31.7%.两组治疗效果有显著差异(P＜0.05).结论:对输卵管阻塞不孕的治疗,经介入再通术后,除了配合中药外,必须行输卵管通液术,减少管腔再粘连的机会,是可以取得满意效果的.

The analyses of 42 cases of curative effect by getting involved skill cooperate with traditional Chinese medicine coherent liquid skill and treat oviduct obstruct

Objective:In order to improve the curative effect of the again open skill of oviduct further , bring greater good news to infertile patient.Method: From January 2001 to March 2004, 83 cases of infertile patients due to mid-section and far-section oviduct obstruct diagnosed by oviduct radiography were divided randomly into two groups: Group A treated by getting involved skill cooperate with traditional Chinese medicine take orally , external application , enema add oviduct put through liquid skill treat. Group B treated by getting involved after the skill using separate traditional Chinese medicine. Result: Group A got efficient for 71.43%, become pregnant 54.76% , and group B efficient 43. 90% only, become pregnant 31.7% . Conclusion: There are remarkable differences in the two groups treatment result (P <0.05), the treatment to the infertile due to oviduct obstruct , after getting involved skill , except cooperate with the traditional Chinese medicine, must do oviduct put through liquid skill, reduce the chance of the conglutination of conduit again , it can be made and satisfied with the result.
