摘    要:目的 定量评价二尖瓣球囊瓣膜成形术对肺高压和心输出量的即刻和远期影响。方法 应用频谱多普勒和心导管技术测定了47 例二尖瓣球囊瓣膜成形术(MBVP) 患者术前和术后长期随访的血流动力学改变。结果MBVP后即刻和随访期较术前心脏指数显著增加。肺动脉高压状态显著降低(P< 0.01)。结论 MBVP可显著改善二狭患者术后即刻和长期的血流动力学;频谱多普勒是无创定量评价和随访MBVP疗效的可靠技术。

Abstract:Objective Quantitatively assessing the immediate and long - term effect of mitral balloon valvoplasty on severe pulmonary hypertension and cardiac output.Methods Hemodynamic changes were evaluated by spectral doppler - echo and cardiac catheterization in 47 patients with severe mitralstenosis and pulmonary hy pertension before ,immediate after mitral balloon valvo plasty( MBVP)and at follow - up.Results It was re vealed that cardiac indexes increased significantly and pulmonary hypertension reduced markedly after MBVP and atfollow - up ( P< 0-01) .Conclusion MBVPcan improvesignificantlytheimmediateandlong-term hemo dynamic statusin patients with mitral stenosis after MB VP;spectral Doppler- echois a reliabletechnique in the noninvasive quantification ofthe shortand long-term ef fect of MBVP.
