| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法 将22眼翼状胬肉患者分为治疗组和对照组，对照组行单纯胬肉切除，治疗组采用单纯胬肉切除加自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合0．2mg/ml丝裂霉素C术。结果 治疗组成功率100％，无复发、无脱落及排斥反应，明显优于对照组。结论 自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉可明显降低术后复发率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effects of cornea limbus stem cells transplantation combined with mitomycin C (Mmc) for pterygium. Methods Twenty-two cases with pterygium were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control grope(n=11). The simple excision of pterygium was taken in the control group. The self-body cornea limbus stem cells transplantation combined with Mmc was performed in the treatment group in addition to the simple excision. Results No recurrence, odontoptosis, and rejection occurred in the treatment group and the success ratio was 100%. Conclusions The self-body cornea limbus stem cells transplantation combined with Mmc can obviously decline the postoperative relapse rate in the treatment of pterygium. |
