摘    要:目的 探讨血细胞分析仪联合尿沉渣镜检在血尿来源鉴别中的应用价值.方法 应用血细胞分析仪测定血尿患者尿中红细胞平均体积(MCV)和红细胞平均分布宽度(RDW),同时应用显微镜计算尿中棘红细胞百分率.结果 肾小球性血尿组MCV明显较非肾小球血尿组低,RDW和棘红细胞百分率较非肾小球血尿组高.结论 血细胞分析仪联合尿沉渣镜检...

Abstract:Objective To explore the values of combined detection for distinguishing the glomerular hematuria from nonglomerular hematuria by hematology analyzer and urinary sediment microscopic inspection.Methods The mean corpuscular volume(MCV) and RBC distribution width(RDW) in urine of hematuria patients were determined by the hematology analyzer,and the percent of acanthocytes in urine was calculated by microscopy.Results The MCV in glomerular hematuria group was much lower than that in nonglomerular hematuria gro...
